At DD Pawn Loans all sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned merchandise, precious metals, jewelry, watches, electronics, and collateral-based transactions, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits once a purchase has been completed.

All items are thoroughly inspected, tested, and verified prior to sale. Customers are encouraged to carefully review merchandise and ask any questions before completing their purchase.
